I believe that every member of our community deserves access to excellent healthcare. After several years of working in insurance-based primary care clinics, I became frustrated with never getting as much time as I would have liked to spend with my patients. Variations in insurance coverage from one patient to the next caused limitations dictating how I could care for my patients. Pressure from health care administrators pushing me to see as many patients as possible limited my time to be thorough and adequately follow up with patients. Every day I saw primary care become more fragmented by a minimal level of personal connection with patients.
I started Seeley Creek Healthcare in Loganville, WI to provide more comprehensive and personalized primary care. I believe patients and providers alike deserve a special connection with one another in order to foster a true healthcare partnership. With the Direct Primary Care model, I can take the time to fully focus on your needs and build a lasting relationship with you, without the limitations of insurance or pressures of healthcare administrators.
The nursing model of healthcare focuses on getting to know the patient as a sum of a whole system of parts. As a nurse practitioner with my own DPC clinic, I do provide personalize medical care and take primary care back to its roots with the main focus being on you — my patient.
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have lived in the area most of my life. I earned my Associate's nursing degree at Madison Collage in Reedsburg, WI and I earned my Master's in Nursing (as well as my Nurse Practitioner certification) at Herzing University. Throughout my nursing career, I have practiced in the nursing home, hospital, urgent care, and family practice settings.
I live just outside of Loganville, WI with my husband, two children, dogs and an assortment of farm animals. I love walking, gardening, photography and crocheting. But most importantly, I love meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and helping to keep the smile on your face.

VITAMIN THERAPY
We are now offering IV Vitamin therapy. What is IV Vitamin Therapy? IV Vitamin therapy is an infusion of essential vitamins and minerals and other fluids that are delivered into the bloodstream using IV drips. Unlike vitamins from food sources and supplements, iv vitamins by-passes the digestive system and this immediately makes them available for use in the body cells, tissues, organs, and systems.
DOT/CDL PHYSICALS
What is a DOT Physical/Exam?
Federal law requires drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) to receive regular physical examinations.
The official name for these exams is “Department of Transportation Medical Examinations,” but it’s often shortened to “DOT physicals.” DOT physicals are designed to detect physical, mental, and emotional issues that can impact a CMV driver’s ability to safely spend long hours on the road. Because there are so many regulations for commercial drivers, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) only allows certified medical examiners (CMEs) to perform DOT exams.
We perform the DOT Physical in our clinic, or at your work place.
If your are a transportation company or need DOT physicals for your employees give us a call and we can help you with this.
